• Post identifying, personal information about any Neeetz member or site visitor, including addresses, phone numbers, or any other sensitive private data
• Advertise or promote any activity, items or services deemed illegal by law
• Upload or use malicious code to/on Neeetz.com
• Send chain letters, stalk other users or site visitors, send spam or any other unwanted material
• Use robots, malicious code, spiders or other data mining tools
• Hide your IP address or use a false IP address
• Use or take content from other users or anyone else that owns the rights to that content, without express written permission.

• Use Neeetz.com’s site or technology to stalk, harass or intimidate both users and non-users
• Collect personal data for commercial or any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer Neeetz.com technology for commercial or personal use
• Post repeated messages, upload large files meant to overwhelm our system, or upload viruses or malicious code, spyware, or other nefarious technologies to Neeetz
• Disrupt Neeetz.com’s site operation in any way
• Sign up , visit our site and/or create social networks with the intention of gathering personal data

You may cancel, deactivate or terminate your account at any time whatsoever. Likewise, the Neeetz.com administrative team has every right to cancel, deactivate or terminate your account if we find you in violation of this document, privacy policy, or other site rules or codes of conduct.

We at Neeetz reserve the right to change, adjust and modify our service at any time whatsoever. However, we are not responsible for any third party or licensor that decides to terminate their relationship with us and discontinue the offering of our services.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If we are notified of any alleged infringement, we will investigate and then remove the infringed material. Repeat copyright infringers will find their accounts terminated without warning.

You agree that Neeetz shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to – loss of profits, data, goodwill, use, or other intangible losses. This includes losses stemming from the use or inability to use our product or content, unauthorized access or alteration of your data, site down-time, or the conduct of any third party (this includes other users).

You agree to comply with the license and restrictions applicable to each item of Code or Content you post, copy, access, or use. Content from other users, advertisers and third parties is available to you through Neeetz.com’s social networking technology. We do not control such content. By visiting our site, registering, becoming a member and/or creating a hub or social network, you agree that Neeetz is not responsible for this content, or any other content from third parties. If you choose to buy or sell goods with other users or third parties on our site, please use good judgment. We are not responsible for any transactions made between you, other users, or any third party.

Neeetz.com is nor responsible for any damages or loss due to dealings with others users or third parties, including another user’s disclosure of your personal data. If there becomes a dispute between you and another user or third party, Neeetz is under no obligation to get involved or mediate the situation.
